Whenever the customer request for the customisation of the product, you will find all their requests in the top right corner of the BB dashboard. You will see a question mark icon for all the customization requests.

You will find the list of all the requests with the most recent at the top. To get more detail about the product, click on the request and from there you can respond to the customer accordingly.
